We count instead.
Every item is counted at your door, photographed, and the count sent to you on WhatsApp before anything is washed. If something has been counted wrong, you'll see it before we start rather than after.
A shirt is one item. A two-piece suit is two. The rules are published on our price list and they don't change at the door.
Curtains, carpets and rugs get put off because taking them down is the hard part. That's the part we do.
Choose how: we steam-clean sofas, mattresses, curtains and carpets in your home across Dubai, or we collect them, deep-clean them at our plant and bring them back.
Curtains taken down and re-hung free on orders above AED 500. Carpets and rugs measured on collection and quoted before any cleaning begins.
Hand-knotted, silk and wool rugs are immersion-washed at our plant rather than surface-cleaned on your floor. It takes longer, and it's the only way to clean a rug like that without damaging it.
Bags start at AED 45 for up to 15 items washed and folded, AED 95 washed and ironed, and AED 55 pressed. Everything else — dry cleaning, traditional wear, home linen, specialist care — is priced per piece.
