AED 500 of credit to use across any service, bags included, with priority pickup slots for the whole period. Plan credit is a way of paying, not an offer, so your volume discount still applies when you spend it.
Who it suits: a Downtown, Business Bay or DIFC household sending a Crisp Bag of shirts every week, or a Jumeirah villa sending linen and everyday clothes together. If you send one small bag a fortnight you will not get through AED 500 in 60 days, so pay per bag instead.

Questions we get from this area
Which of the two should I go to?
Whichever is on your way: the price and the turnaround are identical. Satwa is where it is cleaned, so if you are passing it anyway that is the shortest route your laundry can take. The Jumeirah Garden City counter is easier if you are already doing the shopping.
Is my laundry cleaned at the Jumeirah Garden City counter?
No, and we would rather say so. That branch is a drop-off counter inside OKD Supermarket. Your laundry is cleaned at our Satwa branch about a kilometre away and comes back to the same counter, or to your door if you prefer.
Can I get it back the same day?
Yes, subject to availability. Same-day is charged at double the standard rate and comes back in six to eight hours. Standard is 24 hours on per-piece orders and 48 on bags. Because our branch is inside this corridor, same-day here is more often possible than it is further out.
Is there a minimum order for collection?
Laundry bags have no minimum at all. Collection and return are free whatever the bag size. For per-piece orders, collection is free above AED 50. Below that a small collection charge applies and we tell you the amount when you book.
Do you count items by weight?
No. Everything is counted by the piece, in front of you. You see the count and agree the price before anything is cleaned. There is no weighing and no recalculation after the fact.
What can I put in a laundry bag?
Everyday clothes: shirts, t-shirts, tops, trousers, jeans, shorts, skirts, pyjamas, underwear and socks. Each counts as one item; a cotton dress, pyjama set or tracksuit counts as two. Suits, blazers, kanduras, abayas, sarees, delicates and home linen are priced per piece instead. If something that does not belong turns up in a bag, we price it separately and tell you before we start.
What if I have fewer than 15 items?
The first tier of every bag is a flat price, so 10 items cost the same as 15. For small loads, per-piece pricing can be cheaper: a Fresh Bag beats per-piece from 6 items, a Crisp Bag from 12 and a Press Bag from 14. Below those counts, tell us on WhatsApp or at either counter and we will price the order per piece. Per-piece orders get free collection above AED 50; bags get it at any size.
