Same rules for every bag. If something that does not belong turns up in a bag, we price it per piece and tell you before we start. Bed linen is cheaper as a bed set (above); curtains and carpets are priced per square metre (below). Everything else is on the full price list. All prices include 5% VAT.

Yes, all three phases. It is a 14-minute drive from the Majan branch, so it runs on the same daily route as Silicon Oasis rather than on fixed collection days. Most Ranches households send bed linen and curtains together, which is exactly what the Home & Villa Package is built for: one booking and one quote instead of three separate jobs.
Laundry bags have no minimum at all. Collection and return are free whatever the bag size. For per-piece and specialist orders, collection is free above AED 50. Below that a small collection charge applies and we will tell you the amount when you book.
Per square metre of fabric rather than per panel, because a floor-to-ceiling villa curtain and an apartment curtain are not the same job. We measure on site and give you the price before any cleaning starts. Above AED 500 we take them down and re-hang them at no charge.
Yes, subject to availability at the branch. Same-day is charged at double the standard rate. Standard turnaround is 24 hours on per-piece orders and 48 hours on bags, counted from collection. Curtains, carpets and rugs take 4 to 6 days and are quoted at booking.
No. Everything is counted by the piece, in front of you, at your door. You see the count and agree the price before the bag leaves. There is no weighing and no recalculation after the fact.

The first tier of every bag is a flat price, so 10 items cost the same as 15. For small loads, per-piece pricing can be cheaper: a Fresh Bag beats per-piece from 6 items, a Crisp Bag from 12 and a Press Bag from 14. Below those counts, tell us on WhatsApp and we will price the order per piece. Per-piece orders get free collection above AED 50; bags get it at any size.
If you send laundry every week, yes. AED 400 buys AED 500 of credit, so you get 25% more for the same money, plus priority pickup. A household sending a Crisp Bag of shirts and a couple of bed sets each week spends AED 500 well inside the 60 days. If you only send one small bag a week, the credit will expire before you use it, so pay per bag instead.
