Same rules for every bag. If something that does not belong turns up in a bag, we price it per piece and tell you before we start. Shirts, kanduras, abayas and suits are priced per piece below, and everything else is on the full price list. All prices include 5% VAT.
For the pieces that need pressing, not folding. Cleaned and pressed at the branch nearest you and returned on hangers within 24 hours.
Strip the bed, hand us the pile. A set is priced as a set: no counting, and no argument about what a duvet cover counts as. Collected with your weekly bag, so there is no second trip down to the lobby.

AED 500 of credit to use across any service, bags included, with priority pickup slots for the whole period. Plan credit is a way of paying, not an offer, so your volume discount still applies when you spend it.
Who it suits: homes sending laundry every week, or a Crisp Bag of shirts weekly. If you send one small bag a week you will not get through AED 500 in 60 days, so pay per bag instead.

Each branch has its own number. Message the one nearest you, or either one and we will route it.
We come to your door. The driver collects from your apartment and returns to it, so you do not need to leave a bag at reception or with security. Our Riviera branch is inside the community in Building 33, which is why the collection slots are so flexible.
At the branch nearest you: Ayesha Tower in Al Jadaf, or Building 33 in Azizi Riviera. Nothing is sent to a central factory on the other side of Dubai, so there is no long transit, and the people who collect your laundry are the people who clean it.
Laundry bags have no minimum at all. Collection and return are free whatever the bag size. For per-piece and specialist orders, collection is free above AED 50. Below that a small collection charge applies and we will tell you the amount when you book.

The first tier of every bag is a flat price, so 10 items cost the same as 15. For small loads, per-piece pricing can be cheaper: a Fresh Bag beats per-piece from 6 items, a Crisp Bag from 12 and a Press Bag from 14. Below those counts, tell us on WhatsApp and we will price the order per piece. Per-piece orders get free collection above AED 50; bags get it at any size.
Yes, subject to availability at the branch. Same-day is charged at double the standard rate. Standard turnaround is 24 hours on per-piece orders and 48 hours on bags, counted from collection.
No. Everything is counted by the piece, in front of you, at your door. You see the count and agree the price before the bag leaves. There is no weighing and no recalculation after the fact.
