Minimum order for collection: AED 75. A 15-item Crisp Bag clears it on its own. A single Fresh Bag (AED 45) or Press Bag (AED 55) does not, so add a second bag, a bed set or a few shirts to the same collection.
Same rules for every bag. If something that does not belong turns up in a bag, we price it per piece and tell you before we start. All prices include 5% VAT.
Bed sets, priced by the bed
Strip the bed, hand us the pile. A set is priced as a set: no counting, and no argument about what a duvet cover counts as. It goes in the same collection as your bags.

AED 500 of credit to use across any service, bags included, with priority pickup slots for the whole period. Plan credit is a way of paying, not an offer, so your volume discount still applies when you spend it.

Questions we get from the Marina
Is there a minimum order for collection?
Yes, AED 75 per collection. Any order from AED 75 is collected and delivered free, whether it is bags, per-piece items, bed sets or a mix. A 15-item Fresh Bag on its own is AED 45, so add a second bag, a bed set or a few shirts to reach it.
Do you come up to the apartment, or do I leave it at reception?
We come to your door. The driver collects from your apartment and brings it back to it, so nothing sits at reception or with security. If your building only allows handovers in the lobby, tell us when you book and we will work to that.
Who actually cleans my clothes?
Our own team. MM Laundry drivers collect your order, our own staff clean it, and our drivers bring it back. It is never handed to a courier app or sent out to another laundry, so the people you message are the people responsible for it.
Do you count items by weight?
No. Everything is counted by the piece, in front of you, at your door. The count is photographed and sent to you on WhatsApp, and the price is agreed before the bag leaves. There is no weighing and no recalculation after the fact.
What can I put in a laundry bag?
Everyday clothes: shirts, t-shirts, tops, trousers, jeans, shorts, skirts, pyjamas, underwear and socks. Each counts as one item; a cotton dress, pyjama set or tracksuit counts as two. Suits, coats, sweaters, kanduras, abayas, sarees, delicates and home linen are priced per piece instead. If something that does not belong turns up in a bag, we price it separately and tell you before we start.
What if I have fewer than 15 items?
The first tier of every bag is a flat price, so 10 items cost the same as 15. For a small load of shirts or pressing, per-piece pricing can work out cheaper: tell us what you have on WhatsApp and we will price it both ways. Either way, the AED 75 minimum applies to the collection as a whole.
Can I get it back the same day?
Yes, subject to availability, so ask when you book. Same-day is charged at double the standard rate. Standard turnaround is 24 hours on per-piece orders and 48 hours on bags, counted from collection.
Do you collect from the Palm and Dubai Harbour?
Yes. Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour and Emaar Beachfront are covered, along with Dubai Marina and JBR. Message us any day between 9 am and 11 pm and we agree a collection time with you. If you want to check your building first, send us its name.
