What we actually do

Restoration puts back what wear took away

A wash takes the dirt off. Restoration goes further, and six things happen to every pair and every bag. That is the difference between a quick wipe-down and a price like ours.

  1. Priced from your photoWe look at the material and the damage, tell you what can and cannot be restored, and give you the price before we collect.
  2. Deep treatment by materialSuede, nubuck, smooth leather and canvas each get their own method, by hand.
  3. Stains and marks liftedWater marks, salt lines, scuffs and everyday grime, worked out rather than covered up.
  4. Colour matchedFaded and scuffed areas are touched up to the original shade, mixed for your piece.
  5. Leather reconditioned, edges repairedDry leather is nourished so it stops cracking. On bags, worn edges and corners are rebuilt.
  6. Protective finishA finish that helps it resist the next spill. Yellowed rubber soles can be whitened as an add-on.

    WhatsApp a photo of the shoes or bag. We reply with the price and what we can restore.

  2. We collect, free

    A driver collects from your door anywhere in Dubai, on the same daily routes as our laundry. No minimum order.

  3. Back in 60 hours

    Restored, finished and returned to your door. We message you when it is on the way.

If we get it wrong, we fix it

Restoration is judged by eye, so we say what we will do before we start and stand by it after.

Questions

Before you send the photo

How long does it take?

Shoes and bags are back with you in 60 hours, counted from collection. Restoration is not rushed, because colour work and conditioning need time to set. We tell you the return date when we quote.

Is this the same as shoe cleaning?

No. Every pair is deep treated, but the price covers restoration: stains and marks lifted, colour touched up to the original shade, leather reconditioned and a protective finish. That is why we ask for a photo first, and why the before and after photos on this page look the way they do.

How do you price a bag?

Each bag price is a starting figure: clutch from AED 125, handbag from AED 225, oversized from AED 295, suitcase from AED 375. Size, material and how worn the edges and corners are decide the rest. We give you a price from your photo and confirm it when we see the piece, before any work starts.

Do you collect from my area?

Yes, anywhere in Dubai. Collection and return are free on every restoration order, with no minimum. Your shoes or bag travel on the same daily routes our drivers already run for laundry.

Can everything be restored?

Most leather, suede and canvas can. Some finishes cannot be brought back fully, for example bonded or faux leather that has started to peel. If that is the case we tell you from the photo, before anything is collected, and you do not pay for work we cannot do well.

What is sole whitening?

An AED 30 add-on for rubber soles that have yellowed or gone grey. It is most noticeable on white trainers, where the sole is often the first thing people see.
