    We take the curtains down and collect the rugs, then bring everything back and put the curtains up again in 4 to 6 days.

Questions

Before you send the photos

How long does it take?

4 to 6 days, counted from the day we take everything away. This is not a 24-hour service, and we would rather say so now. We agree the return date when we measure, and put the curtains back up when we bring them back.

Why per square metre, not per panel?

Because panels are not all the same size. A floor-to-ceiling villa curtain can hold three times the fabric of an apartment one, and a per-panel price either overcharges the small window or surprises you on the tall one. Measuring the fabric means you pay for what is actually cleaned.

Do I need to take the curtains down myself?

No. Our own team takes them down and puts them back up. It is free on orders above AED 500. Below that, we tell you the charge when we measure, before anything comes down.

Do you clean the carpet in my house?

No. We collect it and immersion-wash it off site, then bring it back. That is a deeper clean than shampooing on your floor, and it means no wet carpet in your living room for a day.

Do you take Persian, silk or hand-knotted rugs?

Yes. Hand-woven, silk and wool rugs are AED 60 per square metre and are immersion-washed like every other rug, never surface-cleaned. Photograph the back and the fringe when you send the photos and we confirm the rate.

Which areas do you cover?

Al Barari, The Villa, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 and 3, Mudon, Villanova, Town Square and the Cedre Villas in Dubai Silicon Oasis. All eight are within 10 km of our Majan branch, which is what makes a site visit practical.
